Well… I’m sure ABC at this moment in time is wondering if their decision to move Private Practice to Tuesdays for the remainder of its fifth season really paid off. According to TVbytheNumbers, Private Practice‘s Tuesday debut had the show hitting series lows across the boards with just a 1.7 in the key demographic rating (that’s versus a 2.1 on its last Thursday night outing in March) and 6.78 million viewers. On the upside, Private Practice‘s “It was Inevitable” was the #1 show during its timeslot for the night, a nice silver lining for news that is somewhat disappointing.
