The mass exodus in Shondaland continues and Scandal does not remain immune any longer. TVLine reports tonight that Henry Ian Cusick, who starred as Stephen in the first season came to an amicable decision with Scandal creator Shonda Rhimes to leave the series. However, in the wake of Cusick’s departure, Josh Malina, who guest-starred in the first season as the District Attorney David, has been promoted to series regular, which should come as no surprise to anyone.
